I have a change to my completed order - can I make the change?
We are not able to make changes in your order or delivery address as the orders are automatically processed. We suggest that you cancel your order, if it has not been processed yet.
Should you regret the content of your order, you can refuse reception of the parcel upon arrival. The parcel will then be returned to us. You will then get refunded deducted the shipping charges.
Is the shipping address incorrect the carrier will often return the package to us.
I have not received an order confirmation - what do I do?
First check your spam folder. If you do not find your order confirmation there there is a change that your order did not process correct. In that case please contact us on email@example.com, and we will confirm if your order is registered.
Note that payment are not deducted from your account before shipping out. We only reserve the amount until shipping.
Why am I missing an item in my order?
If your order missing an item it could either be that the item is sold out or that we forgot to include the item to your order.

What is the delivery time?
We strive to deliver within 2-3 business days from order reception for deliveries in Denmark, 4-6 business days to EU and 6-10 business days to rest of the world. Deliveries to Great Britain may experience extented delivery time due to custom clearing process. If you have not received within this time please contact us to get tracking number or pickup place.
Your parcel may already have been attempted delivery by the carrier and may be availble for pick up at a nearby location.
All orders are handled in the order the are received. On rare occasions such as sale, Black Friday or launches a increased delivery time may occure.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, when your order shippes out we will sent you an email with the invoice and tracking number.
My order has exceeded delivery time - what do I do?
If you have not received your order within 3-10 business days, depending on your shipping address, could the hold up be, either a delay from the carrier or unusual busy season for the warehouse. Please contact us on email@example.com and we will make sure your order is delivered a.s.a.p.
